Vietnam's benchmark VN-Index fell 1.1% to 1,227.79 points on April 15. The index closed 13.65 points lower after gaining 18.98 points in the previous session.
Global gold prices continued their strong upward momentum on February 24, trading at 5,181.5 USD per ounce. Domestically, prices of SJC gold bars and SJC gold rings remained elevated, listed at 184.6 million VND per tael and 184.1 million VND per tael, respectively.
