Global gold prices dropped sharply amid a wave of profit-taking and a stronger US dollar, trading at 3,742.62 USD/ounce on September 25. In the domestic market, SJC gold bars and rings simultaneously reversed downward, quoted at 134.5 million VND/tael and 131 million VND/tael, respectively.
