Joyful Vietnam-Japan Spring Festival

Nhan Dan Online – Thousands of people flocked to the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Centre in Hanoi on Saturday to join the 2013 Vietnam-Japan Spring Festival. The two-day event is part of a series of cultural activities to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
