From September 30 to October 10, a working delegation from Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper joined businesses and benefactors to organise charity activities to support children in flood-hit areas in Lao Cai Province.

Previously, in Yen Khanh Ha Commune (Van Ban District), the delegation visited, presented gifts to Nguyen Anh Thuy (born in 2022), who became orphan due to Typhon Yagi. Thuy’s parents were workers of Nam Luc Hydropower Plant in Bac Ha District, Lao Cai Province, who died due to a landslide during Typhoon Yagi.
