The opening ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, along with leaders from military and government sectors and press agency representatives.
The exhibition features an engaging presentation using maps, sound, and well-organised materials, introducing visitors to pivotal battles such as the Viet Bac Campaign (1947), Dien Bien Phu Campaign (1954), Central Highlands Campaign (1975), and Ho Chi Minh Campaign (1975).
A series of watercolour portraits created by artist Do Hoang Tuong depicting 20 distinguished generals, including Vo Nguyen Giap, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Van Tien Dung, and Hoang Van Thai, is also on display at the exhibition.
Technology enthusiasts can scan QR codes on each painting and battle map to access more information and visual content related to these historic battles and the legendary commanders. After the exhibition concludes, these portraits will be donated to the Vietnam Military History Museum.
