In the messages, the top Vietnamese legislator expressed his joy when the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Kazakhstan, and the cooperation between the legislatures of the two countries have been continuously consolidated and developed.
He hoped for his closer cooperation with the Kazakh counterparts in the coming time in order to promote the friendship and cooperation between the two countries for the benefit of their people, as well as for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and in the world.
