He stressed that Ha Noi has many distinctive characteristics that place considerable pressure on the city, requiring focused and unified leadership, a strong sense of responsibility, and resolute action across the entire political system.
However, given its track record of successfully organising elections over many terms, Ha Noi’s preparations to date have been assessed as comprehensive, systematic, and well-coordinated.
The NA Vice Chairman noted that the city should continue to closely follow the plan; clearly assign personnel, tasks, and responsibilities; and proactively prepare contingency plans, particularly for polling day.
He also urged the city to continue reviewing and updating voter lists and to ensure citizens’ voting rights, especially those of people who are working away from home, students, workers in industrial zones, the elderly, and people with disabilities.
