“Nguoi lam bao” (Journalist) Magazine receives second-class Labour Order

A ceremony was held by the “Nguoi lam bao” (Journalist) Magazine in Hanoi on January 21, to celebrate its 37th anniversary (January 1985-2022) and receive the second-class Labour Order.

Addressing the ceremony, member of Party Central Committee (PCC) and editor-in-chief of Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper Le Quoc Minh, who is also Deputy Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communications and Education and Chairman of Vietnam Journalists’ Association, asked the Journalist Magazine to focus on renovation and further improve its quality, both in contents and design.

The magazine’s leaders should pay great attention to the training of cadres, reporters and editors with political firm, high professional qualifications, technological knowledge and moral purity, to meet the requirements of the modern press, he added.

The magazine needs to effectively promote both its printing and online publications.

Over the past 37 years, the Journalist Magazine has always persevered in fulfilling its principles, functions and tasks, to become a forum for professional exchange of the press agencies around the country.

In recent years, the magazine constantly improved and innovated towards a smooth combination between professional theory and practice. Especially, the magazine officially launched its online publications on two domain names; ngooilambao.vn and lambao.com.vn.

On the occasion, Editor-in-chief of the Journalist Magazine Nguyen Thanh Loi, was honoured with the third-class Labour Order.
