Accordingly, Decree No. 146/2018/NĐ-CP, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles under the Law on Health Insurance, and featuring multiple new changes, will officially come into force starting from next month.
The document has a number of notable contents, in replacement of the Decree 105/2014/NĐ-CP, with an aim of updating the health insurance policy to suit the new situation, while solving difficulties arising in the implementation of the health insurance policy in recent years.
By the end of October this year, the number of people participating in health insurance was 82.33 million people, reaching a coverage rate of 87.62% of the population. As a result, new changes in the health insurance policy have attracted great attention from Nhan Dan readers.
