Nhan Dan Television promotes propaganda on cyber security

Nhan Dan Television and Division of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control (A05) signed a cooperation programme on propaganda regarding cyber security and the prevention and control of high-tech crime.

The cooperation programme focuses on five main contents and aims to improve the effectiveness of propaganda on cyber security and high-tech crime prevention and control.

The programme will also contribute to innovation and improving the quality of Nhan Dan Television’s programmes as well as enhance the cooperation between the two units.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Director of Nhan Dan Television Vu Duy Hung said the new “Cybersecurity Newsletter” programme will feature hot news on cybersecurity and the fight against misinformation, malicious and fake news on social networks, as well as warnings on the risks and dangers on social networks, while propagating the law on cybersecurity and raising people's awareness of the current digital space environment.

Nhan Dan Television wishes to receive advice from experts on cybersecurity and high technology for the broadcast contents, added Hung.

Major General Le Minh Manh, Deputy Director of the Division of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control, said that Nhan Dan Newspaper, including Nhan Dan Television, plays an important role in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against malicious information, propagating and disseminating legal knowledge, and warning criminals.
