The closing ceremony at Thung Nham Ecological Tourist Site featured a music party where traditional and Western cultures met and shined together.
The festival is among the provincial efforts to turn Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2035 with the characteristics of a millennium heritage urban area, a creative city, and a hub with high brand value in tourism, cultural industry, and heritage economy.
In his speech, Tong Quang Thin, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, hailed that in the past few days, the festival has filled Ninh Binh Province with a truly vibrant and joyful atmosphere with a series of colourful and impressive cultural and artistic events.
He stressed that following the two successful previous editions, the third Ninh Binh Festival continues to provide visitors with a new perspective and approach to the history and culture of Ninh Binh Province through the language of poetry, music and technology.
