To support domestic firms to engage more deeply in global production and supply chains, adapt to the trend of international economic integration, and promote connections between distribution channels, foreign importers and domestic businesses, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has organised a press conference to introduce the series of events 'Vietnam International Sourcing 2023'.
Ta Hoang Linh - Director of the Europe - America Market Department emphasised that the series of events includes the Export Forum named 'Vietnam International Sourcing 2023', seminars, trade connection activities and Vietnam International Sourcing Expo 2023.
It is a reputable event that draws leading firms in various fields, including food, garment and textile, footwear, handbag, sportswear, home appliances, furniture, and supporting industries.
This year, the event expects to welcome 8,000 visitors and 200 delegations, from 30 countries and territories.
The Vietnam International Sourcing Expo 2023, with a scale of 8,000m2 for 300 businesses, representing different fields in the international supply chain, will be deployed at the same time at SECC, organised by ADPEX Professional Exhibition Company, under the direction of the Europe - America Market Department, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In addition to aiming to promote exports, Vietnam International Sourcing 2023 also has additional sideline activities to support businesses, in improving their capacity and developing sustainably, when entering the global market.
This series of events is not only an important export promotion and market development event, but also a place to meet, learn and exchange experiences for businesses, contributing to bringing Vietnamese goods and products to the global market.
