Party leader Trong congratulated the Lao Party, State and people on the great and important achievements they have made during national construction, development and renovation.
He expressed delight at the deeper and more effective development the Vietnam-Laos special relationship in all fields.
The Party chief also spoke highly of the outcomes of the Lao delegation’s working visit to Vietnam as well as growing cooperation between Vientiane and Vietnam’s localities.
He expressed his hope that Vientiane and Hanoi will continue close coordination and will increase experience sharing in all spheres of common concern.
For his part, Soukanh Mahalath expressed his thanks to the Vietnamese Party, State and people for their great support to Laos.
He affirmed that Vientiane will work closely with Hanoi and other Vietnamese localities to intensify the exchanges of information and experience in all fields, contributing to consolidating and strengthening the Vietnam-Laos special friendship and comprehensive co-operation.
