Accordingly, implementing Document No. 175/TB-VPCP dated April 13, 2025, of the Government Office on the announcement of the conclusion of the Government Standing Committee at the meeting to receive and explain the opinions of Government members on the draft Decree replacing Decree No. 83 dated September 3, 2014, of the Government on petroleum trading and Decrees amending and supplementing Decree No. 83.
The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development has issued a document requesting petroleum traders, petroleum distributors, and general agents to promote the application of digitalisation in petroleum trading management, while emphasising that digitalisation in the field of petroleum trading must be completed before April 30, 2025.
Any trader or businessperson who fails to comply with the regulations on electronic invoices, electronic invoices generated from cash registers for each sale and data connection with tax authorities shall be considered ineligible to trade in petroleum and have their license revoked.
The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development also requires units to seriously implement reporting on the National Petroleum Business Management and Operation Database System at the website: quanlyxangdau.moit.gov.vn.
