The contest aims to seek outstanding photos that promote the importance of the circular economy in natural resource consumption, pollution reduction, environmental degradation, and climate change mitigation.
It also aims to enhance the popularisation of the circular economy through media channels.
Additionally, the contest provides an ideal platform for both amateur and professional Vietnamese photographers to create and exhibit their exemplary works about the circular economy.
The competition is open to Vietnamese residents and foreigners living in Vietnam who are aged 18 years and above.
Entries should focus on circular economy models, such as reducing exploitation, utilising renewable resources, saving energy, and increasing resource efficiency.
Photographers should submit their works directly via anhkinhtetuanhoan.com no later than August 8.
One first, two second, two third, and five consolation prizes, worth VND10 million, VND7 million, VND5 million, and VND1.5 million respectively, will be presented to the most outstanding entries at an awards ceremony scheduled for September this year.
The outstanding entries from the contest will be exhibited at the headquarters of the C Asean in Hanoi.
The first, second, and third prize winning entries will be displayed at the Sustainability Fair 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand.
