French painter Claude Monet spent the last 43 years of his life living in the peaceful countryside of Giverny in northern France. He once said: Besides drawing and gardening, I'm not good at anything else... But, every corner of his yard, every row of trees, and every layout of the garden features brilliant “pictures”.
