The ceremony was attended by President Nguyen Xuan Phuc; Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung; Chairman of the Presidential Office Le Khanh Hai; Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture, Education, Youth and Adolescents Nguyen Dac Vinh; Minister-Chairman of Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs Hau A Lenh; Vice President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Truong Thi Ngoc Anh; and Deputy Head of the PCC's Commission for Communication and Education Phan Xuan Thuy; together with the leaders of ministries, central and local branches, and a large number of village elders, village heads, artisans, and people of Vietnam's ethnic minorities.
