Preparations for National Achievement Exhibition must be basically completed before August 15

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No.126/CD-TTg on urgently implementing the organisation of the National Achievement Exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The prime minister has requested ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, heads of relevant central agencies, secretaries, chairpersons of people’s committees of provinces and cities, etc., to urgently direct the acceleration of the implementation of assigned tasks, in accordance with the direction of the government, the Government Standing Committee, the prime minister, deputy prime ministers, the Steering Committee, and approved projects, programmes, and plans, on schedule, with quality, efficiency, savings, and absolute safety, thereby ensuring that all preparations for the exhibition must be basically completed before August 15.

The prime minister, deputy prime ministers, and the steering committee will inspect and conduct a preliminary review on August 20 and a final review on August 26, before the official opening of the exhibition.

The prime minister directed to carefully review the content of the exhibition outline and take full responsibility for the content, images, information, documents, and artifacts displayed in the exhibition space of agencies, units, localities, and enterprises; proactively and actively review and inspect all content, outstanding achievements, documents, artifacts, images, and events related to the exhibition, as well as to take responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of the reviewed content, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Localities organising fairs and displaying products of enterprises need to ensure that enterprises operate legally and have prestige in the fields of production and business,and that products and services are representative and typical of the industry, locality, etc.
