The ministry reported that in the January-September period, export revenue of the sector was estimated at US$ 207.5 billion, up 20.8 percent over the same period last year.
Along with processing industry, agro-forestry-fisheries was also among major sectors with great contributions to the country’s exports in nine months with US$ 20.1 billion, up 10.8%.
At the same time, fuels and minerals also recorded export revenue of about US$2 .5 billion, up 9.9% year on year.
In the period, exports of petroleum of all kinds rose only 2.8% in volume but 39.6% in value, according to the ministry.
