The ceremony was attended by Le Hoai Trung, Politburo Member and Minister of Foreign Affairs; alongside leaders of educational institutions and research institutes at home and abroad, business associations, enterprises, and business leaders.
VCCI formulated the programme in partnership with A11 Management Consulting Company, INSEAD Business School and Viet Nam National University – Ho Chi Minh City.
Entitled “CEO Viet Nam The New Era”, it is tailored for a broad spectrum of participants, from CEOs and senior executives of large firms, listed companies, and foreign-invested enterprises to startup founders, small and medium-sized enterprises, family businesses, and the next generation of leaders.
Alongside imparting management knowledge in line with international standards, the programme also prioritises building a network connecting businesses, experts, educational institutions, and organisations in Viet Nam and abroad, to foster the sharing of experience, expand cooperation, and improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises.
Through the programme, VCCI strives to cultivate a generation of Vietnamese business leaders with global mindsets, advanced governance capabilities, an innovative spirit, and the ambition to steer enterprises towards sustainable development in the country’s new development phase.
Speaking at the ceremony, VCCI Chairman Ho Sy Hung asserted that the programme is not simply a training course, but is designed as a systematic business leadership development programme that addresses the requirements of the business community at many different levels.
The training content centres on core areas such as strategic management, finance, human resources, innovation, digital transformation, green transition, risk management, market development, corporate culture building, and improved operational capacity in a volatile environment.
At the same time, the programme will forge a business support ecosystem through expert networking activities, CEO forums, mentoring, coaching, investment and market connections, and the development of a network of Vietnamese business leaders.
The VCCI Chairman urged business associations, educational institutions, experts, international organisations, and the business community to collaborate within the programme to construct a practical and effective platform for business leadership development.
