This event marks the beginning of a series of tourism stimulus activities in Quang Ninh during the fourth quarter of 2025. It aims to implement a key breakthrough in developing a culturally rich Quang Ninh in association with building cultural industries, heritage economy, night-time economy, and urban economy in accordance with the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress. It also celebrates the 62nd anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh Province (October 30, 1963 – 2025), contributing to attracting tourists during the autumn–winter season of 2025 as well as driving local economic growth.
The programme’s large scale, gathering Viet Nam’s leading singers, a professional creative team, and one of the most advanced stage, sound, and lighting systems, promises to deliver a grand and emotionally charged musical feast.
According to Nguyen Viet Dung, Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ha Long Concert 2025 will last 120 minutes and include four main parts. A highlight of the show is its creative combination of real-life performance, artistic expression, reportage, and on-stage interaction. It will feature many renowned and influential artists, includingMeritorious Artist Dang Duong, singers Tung Duong, Vo Ha Tram, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Duc Phuc, Phuong My Chi, Dong Hung, Bao Anh, Phuong Ly, Lam Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Hung, rapper Rica, Oplus band, and drummer Thu Ha, along with artists and students from Ha Long University, the Binh Lieu Then Singing Club, and the Quang Ninh Children’s Palace. The concert will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display.
Beyond a musical performance, the concert will be an artistic journey that tells the story of Quang Ninh’s land and people — where the heroic spirit of heritage converges and radiates with the aspiration to rise. It invites locals and visitors alike to immerse themselves in the proud, youthful, and dynamic atmosphere of a confident and thriving Quang Ninh in a new era of development.
Ha Long Concert 2025 is expected to attract more than 30,000 on-site attendees and millions of viewers via television and digital platforms. Around 20,000 complimentary tickets will be distributed to residents and visitors inside and outside the province (each person can receive one ticket).
Registration for the event opened at 7:00 pm on October 21 and will close once the system records enough successful registrations. A QR confirmation code will be issued upon successful registration.
Ticket collection for registered participants will take place from 9:00 am on October 27 until 12:00 noon on October 29 at the Quang Ninh Exhibition and Fair Centre (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province).
