PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc made the request while paying a visit to the HHTP on February 22.

The PM tasked the Ministry of Science and Technology and the park’s management board to coordinate with the Hanoi authorities, along with the relevant agencies, to promote investment in the near future, while ensuring environmental protection and sustainable development.

Particularly, issues related to the policy mechanisms required to attract high quality human resources should also be concretised, he noted.

The PM also asked the Hanoi authorities to complete land clearance for the park’s development, as well as quickly completing its construction process.

According to a report released by the park’s management board, in 2017, there were 81 investment projects being implemented in HHTP, with a total investment capital of some VND66.174 trillion on an area of 348ha.
