Speaking at the opening ceremony, Member of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission for Communication and Education cum Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association Le Quoc Minh emphasised that the launch of the page is one of the steps to continue in realising the multi-platform and multimedia development strategy of Nhan Dan Newspaper, combining official information and data with technology and creative ideas, in order to vividly and effectively popular Ho Chi Minh Thought on Party building, especially in the field of theoretical development of Party building.
On the basis of modern technology, with solemn and intuitive design, the website has digitised a special archive of more than 1,000 articles by President Ho Chi Minh published on Nhan Dan Newspaper from 1951 to 1969, helping readers to experience authentic historical articles from more than half a century ago, he added.
The page is launched on the website https://hochiminh.nhandan.vn
The website is expected to act as a valuable reference about the President's ideology, morality and style on a digital platform for officials, party members, the masses, and international experts and friends, he added.
The Editor-in-Chief noted that in the coming time, Nhan Dan Newspaper will continue to add content and complete new features of the site in order to bring domestic and foreign readers comprehensive, intuitive and vivid information.
