The Prime Minister has issued an official dispatch directing the organisation of ground-breaking, inauguration ceremonies for projects celebrating the 14th National Party Congress.

The Party Central Committee (Term XIII) has released the full draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam for public feedback from cadres, Party members, and the people.

Draft documents for the upcoming 14th National Party Congress were released during a press conference in Hanoi on October 15.

The renewal of leadership methods, the strengthening of leadership capacity, governance, and combativeness of grassroots Party organisations have been evident right from the drafting process of documents for Party congresses at all levels.

Party General Secretary To Lam attended and delivered a speech at the 8th Congress of the Central Public Security Party Organisation for the 2025 – 2030 term, which opened in Ha Noi on October 4.
