Social development and social equity are central pillars of Viet Nam’s national development strategy, with improvements in people’s living standards serving as a key measure of growth, Minister Counsellor Nguyen Hoang Nguyen, Deputy Permanent Representative of Viet Nam to the UN, has affirmed.
