The Prime Minister recently issued Directive No. 35/CT-TTg on strengthening efforts related to the elderly in response to population ageing.

With the theme “Promoting the Role of the Elderly in the Era of National Rise”, this year’s Action Month for Vietnamese Elderly is an occasion to express gratitude and honour their wisdom and experience, while implementing measures to enhance their position and role in the country’s new development era.
