Viet Nam’s PPP model will play an increasingly critical role in delivering modern, sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Success will depend on strong leadership, a robust institutional framework, high-quality project preparation capacity and trusted partnerships, said ADB Country Director for Viet Nam Shantanu Chakraborty.

On September 30, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) held a press conference on Viet Nam’s economy. According to ADB, the economy will remain resilient in the 2025–2026 period, supported by expansionary fiscal and monetary policies. The growth forecast for 2025 has been revised upward to 6.7%.

The World Bank has allocated 2.5 billion USD, while the Asian Development Bank has set aside 10 billion USD to support green projects in ASEAN, said Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.
