A host of new artistic programmes have recently been introduced to audiences in Ha Noi, injecting fresh vitality into the city’s performing arts scene. Some privately produced shows continue to attract strong audiences despite relatively high ticket prices. Greater interaction, stronger storytelling, and the identification of appropriate audiences and performance scales are providing new impetus for the performing arts to make a breakthrough in the cultural industries.

During the 2025–2030 term, the Ha Noi Party Committee is determined to build on the millennia-old tradition of civilisation and heroism; to unite in building a clean, strong Party organisation; to pioneer breakthroughs in the new era; to develop a civilised, modern and happy capital; and to make an important contribution to fulfilling the country’s two centennial goals.
