Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on June 3 chaired a working session with the Central Public Security Party Committee and relevant agencies on a project to build an orderly, disciplined, safe, healthy, civilised, harmonious and developed society in the new era, which will be submitted to the Politburo before being reported to the Party Central Committee for consideration and issuance of a resolution.

Party General Secretary To Lam has stressed the need for the People’s Public Security force to ensure unified awareness of the high requirements in protecting the Party, the political system, and national security in the new revolutionary stage, emphasising that the country must not be caught strategically unprepared under any circumstances.

The eighth congress of the Central Public Security Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term is taking place at a time when the entire Party, people, and armed forces, under the Party’s leadership, are working to implement successfully the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and to vigorously implement the Party’s resolutions so as to firmly advance the country into a new era.

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam To Lam has written an article, highlighting the loyalty of the People's Public Security Force as well as its role in ensuring national security and contributions to successfully realising the targets set by the 13th National Party Congress.

Party General Secretary To Lam has requested that the People's Public Security force firmly safeguard a peaceful and stable environment, thus enabling the entire Party, people, and military to concentrate efforts on successfully achieving the Party's strategic goals.
