Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary and President of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai on December 19 paid visits to the Archdiocese of Hanoi and the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics (CSVC) to extend Christmas greetings.

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thị Thanh Tra visited and extended Christmas greetings to Bac Ninh Diocese in the northern province of Bac Ninh on December 19.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung began his working visit to Hue City on the morning of December 18. He paid a visit to extend Christmas greetings at the Archbishop Residence in Hue and visited several families whose houses are being rebuilt quickly after recent natural disasters during the morning working programme.
