After the Government issued Decree No. 174/2026/ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations in the fields of postal services, telecommunications, radio frequencies, electronic transactions, and information technology, which took effect on July 1, 2026, some fabrications and inaccuracies about the decree began circulating in cyberspace.
