Over the two days of June 30 and July 1, the Lao Cai Provincial Border Guard Command coordinated with the Provincial Department of Justice and the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to organzie a programme to disseminate legal knowledge, provide external information, and promote the “Digital Literacy for All” Movement for officials and residents of the border commune of Pha Long.

The "Digital Literacy for All" movement is a strategic initiative launched by the Party Central Committee to universalise digital skills, laying the foundation for the development of a digital workforce capable of meeting the country's development requirements in the new era.
