On July 29, the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund under the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the VinaCapital Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding to launch a new phase of the "Pathway to the Future – New Generation" project, aimed at supporting disadvantaged ethnic minority schoolgirls in their educational journey.
