On April 24, the National Assembly adopted Resolution No. 28/2026/QH16 on the development of Viet Nam’s culture, containing many breakthrough measures, including permission for the pilot establishment of Cultural and Arts Funds under a public-private partnership model.

Promoting the green transformation process to advance Vietnam's economy towards sustainable, green growth and integration with global development trends, is the noble goal of Vietnam's programme, to implement its commitment to net zero emissions. Mobilising resources to achieve net zero by 2050 and ensuring a fair energy transition will help Vietnam address the dual challenge of climate change and the urgent need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while ensuring sustainable economic growth.
