Heavy rainfall from September 12 to the morning of September 14 has caused flooding, isolation, landslides, and road damage in many areas of Hue City and Quang Tri Province. As water levels began to recede, forces were urgently mobilised to clean up and address the aftermath, support residents in restoring their lives, and ensure traffic safety.

The northern province of Quang Ninh on November 22 transported nearly 45 tonnes of essential goods and supplies worth over 2 billion VND (75,893 USD) directly to flood-hit areas in the central province of Lam Dong.
