Viet Nam and Cuba have reaffirmed their special friendship, solidarity, mutual trust and sincere support at a ceremony marking the 81st anniversary of Viet Nam’s August Revolution and National Day in Havana on August 31.

The Vietnamese Consulate General in Vladivostok, Russia, held a ceremony to mark the 81st anniversary of Viet Nam's August Revolution (August 19, 1945–2026) and National Day (September 2), highlighting the enduring friendship between the two countries.

The Party chief believed that the King's visit, accompanied by many high-ranking Bhutanese officials, is an important milestone, creating an opportunity to deepen the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Viet Nam and Bhutan more practically and effectively, meeting the interests of the two countries' people, and contributing responsibly to peace, stability and sustainable development in the region and the world.

Officers and sailors of frigate 016-Quang Trung and a delegation of the Viet Nam People’s Navy on August 17 took part in a street parade in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The event was held as part of the third ASEAN Multilateral Naval Exercise (AMNEX 3), hosted by the Royal Malaysian Navy.
