The 2025 Global Innovation Index (GII) report, released by the World Intellectual Property Organisation, shows that Viet Nam ranked 44th out of 139 countries and economies, maintaining the same position as last year.

Each year, when the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) releases the Global Innovation Index (GII), countries view it as a reflection of their development based on knowledge, science and technology.

The Ministry of Science and Technology and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on September 25 jointly organised a workshop to introduce the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2025 and Viet Nam’s performance.
