Top leader calls for stronger Party leadership over inspection work to combat corruption

Party General Secretary and State President To Lam chaired a working session with the Standing Board of the Government Inspectorate's Party Committee and its leaders in Ha Noi on July 27 to review the sector's performance after more than a year of restructuring, identify institutional bottlenecks, and discuss a plan on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work to meet anti-corruption requirements in the current period.

PM hands over appointment decision to Standing Deputy Inspector General of Government Inspectorate

The PM noted that in recent years, the Government Inspectorate has achieved significant results, contributing to national development and governance. It has acted as a “shield protecting discipline and the rule of law” and remains a key instrument of the Party and the State in inspection, supervision, and the fight against corruption, wastefulness, and misconduct, thereby reinforcing the integrity of the State apparatus and public trust.
