General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith and his spouse Naly Sisoulith arrived in Ha Noi on January 26 morning, beginning a two-day state visit to Viet Nam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam To Lam and his spouse.

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith on December 1 awarded a National Gold Order - the highest honour of Laos - to General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam To Lam.
