The 11th National Congress of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 tenure officially opens in Ha Noi on May 12.
Under the theme “Solidarity – Democracy – Innovation – Creativity – Development”, the 11th National Congress of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) for the 2026–2031 tenure is taking place from May 11 to 13 at the National Convention Centre in Ha Noi.
Today is the Hung Kings Commemoration Day. Through thousands of years of nation-building and nation-defending by our forebears, the spirit of solidarity, “like one rooted tree, like one family”, has become sacred in the consciousness of every Vietnamese person and has grown into a precious national tradition.
Party General Secretary and State President To Lam praised the role of National Assembly’s deputies from ethnic minority groups in translating policies into practice and overseeing their implementation at a meeting in Ha Noi on April 20 between leaders of the Party, State and Viet Nam Fatherland Front with ethnic minority lawmakers of the 16th legislature.

Party General Secretary To Lam on September 23 called for extra efforts to ensure the great national unity bloc becomes an endless source of strength for a prosperous, happy, and developed Viet Nam, which is able to steadfastly move toward the two centennial goals set by the Party, and expected by the people.
