Viet Nam always treasures its friendship and cooperation with Algeria, one of its key partners in Africa, Vietnamese Ambassador Tran Quoc Khanh said at a working session with the leadership of Algeria's ruling National Liberation Front (FLN) at its headquarters in Algiers on July 13.
