Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has underlined the importance of making an institutional breakthrough for the development of the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Viet Nam, and viewed this as the core competitive edge.

Eight decrees recently issued by the Government have created a breakthrough legal framework for the International Financial Centre, removing bottlenecks and aiming to elevate Viet Nam’s standing in global capital flows.
