The “Culture Tech 2026: From Culture to IP” seminar, held as part of iTECH EXPO 2026, offered suggestions on turning heritage and cultural resources into intellectual property assets of high economic value, in line with Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW and its orientation of transforming culture into a resource that contributes to economic development.
