In pursuit of the goal of making Viet Nam an attractive destination for major regional and international cultural and artistic events, as set out in Politburo Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on the development of Vietnamese culture, the capital city of Ha Noi has successfully organised and coordinated the staging of numerous major cultural events attracting tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of visitors.
