Vietnamese Consul General in Luang Prabang Vu Ngoc Ly on October 23 presented his credentials to the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner endorsed the Vietnamese Embassy’s initiative, in coordination with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and Lower Austria, to hold a Viet Nam–Austria forum on skilled labour and vocational training.
