Lao Deputy Minister Anouparb Vongnorkeo congratulated Ly on his appointment as the Consul General in Luang Prabang. He expressed hope that the new Consul General will continue to serve as a bridge, encouraging Vietnamese businesses to invest in northern Laos. He affirmed that enhancing investment cooperation will bring tangible benefits to both countries and further strengthen their great friendship, special solidarity, and all-round collaboration.
Ly affirmed that during his tenure, he will make every effort to fulfil his role as a bridge, contributing to the effective cooperation between localities in northern Laos and Viet Nam, as well as the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
