Memorial plaque to President Ho Chi Minh reinstated at 'La Marseillaise Square' in France
A delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy in France led by Ambassador Dinh Toan Thang attended a ceremony to reinstate the memorial plaque to President Ho Chi Minh as part of a working visit to the southern port city of Marseille on September 16 and 17.
