After more than a decade of developing the first urban railway lines, Viet Nam is entering a new phase. Having previously relied largely on international technology, equipment, and experts, domestic engineers and contractors have gradually acquired technology, accumulated experience, and taken direct responsibility for many complex technical tasks.
