Continuing a series of activities within the framework of the Signing Ceremony and High-Level Conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Ha Noi Convention), Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang held a series of bilateral meetings with foreign guests in the capital city on the morning of October 26.

Minister of Public Security Gen. Luong Tam Quang on October 25 underlined the importance of international cooperation in fighting cybercrime while meeting with foreign officials who are in Viet Nam to attend the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Ha Noi Convention).

The signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, also called "Ha Noi Convention", will be a high-level multilateral diplomatic event of profound political and legal significance, according to Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung.
