Participants listened to an important address by Party General Secretary To Lam, who outlined orientations, tasks and requirements for the Resolution implementation to turn it into action, action into results, and results into tangible improvements in people’s lives.

Organisational and personnel weaknesses must not be allowed to slow national progress, the Party General Secretary said, noting that time is a vital and non-renewable development resource, and delays in implementation risk wasting resources and missing opportunities for development.

Through 10 topics, the conference focuses on the key contents and new points in the documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

A national conference was held in Ha Noi on November 24 to review the work of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party in 2025 and throughout the 13th Party Congress tenure. Party General Secretary To Lam chaired the conference and delivered the keynote address.

The Viet Nam Atomic Energy Institute (Vinatom) held the 16th National Conference on Nuclear Science and Technology (VINANST-16) 2025, on October 8 in Da Nang City.

Party General Secretary To Lam stressed that the country’s new growth drivers stem from the organic linkages among the resolutions, explaining that international integration opens the door to the world, while stable and green energy is a prerequisite for production, schools, and hospitals.
